✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
- It is unused, unopened, and in resalable condition
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving the item
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements.
🚚 How to Initiate a Return
- Email contact@unitedvitamins.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond with return instructions and address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- The original shipping fee (£4.95) is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
❌ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@unitedvitamins.co.uk.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
